Inside this programme, the goal is simple. You learn how to nourish yourself in a way that fits with real life. That means feeling more confident putting meals together, having better energy in the morning, and being able to eat out or go on holiday without feeling like you’ve ruined everything. You will know how to put meals together that keep you full, steady, and satisfied (not searching the cupboard for snacks every night!), and you will start to see and feel the difference in your energy, your sleep, and how you feel in your body.
This is about building a lifestyle you can stay in, not a plan you “fall off.”
Introducing The Wellness Reboot Programme
The Wellness Reboot is a four-month, one-to-one programme for people who know something needs to change, but aren’t sure where to start.
It’s designed to help you step out of the cycle of trying things, stopping, starting again, and feeling frustrated with your body.
We focus on nutrition, digestion, lifestyle, and daily habits, but always through a practical, real-life lens. This isn’t about following a rigid plan or overhauling your life. It’s about learning how to support yourself in a way that actually sticks.
All sessions take place online via Zoom, so you can do this from home without adding more stress to your schedule.
How This Programme Works
This is not a quick fix or a one-off consultation. The Wellness Reboot is a supported process that gives you the time and space to make meaningful changes, with guidance along the way.
Step 1: Initial Discovery Call
We start with a short conversation to talk about what’s been going on for you, what you’d like to change, and whether this feels like the right time.
This is also a chance to make sure we’re a good fit to work together. There’s no pressure to commit.
If you decide to move forward, you’ll be invited to complete a health and lifestyle questionnaire along with a short food diary. This gives us a clear starting point.
Step 2: The Initial Consultation
This is a 90-minute session where we take a deeper look at what’s happening in your body and what might be contributing to your symptoms.
We’ll talk through your history, your current routines, and any patterns that stand out. From there, we’ll start putting together a plan that focuses on food, lifestyle, and simple changes you can actually implement.
After this session, you’ll receive written guidance, recipe ideas, and lifestyle recommendations tailored to you.
Gut testing may be suggested in some cases, but it’s not the starting point for everyone. Foundations always come first.
Step 3: Ongoing Support and Follow-Ups
You’ll have monthly 60-minute follow-up sessions throughout the programme.
These sessions are where we check in, review progress, and make adjustments as needed. If something hasn’t been working, we look at it together. If things are going well, we build on that.
This is also where a lot of the confidence comes from. You’re not guessing or doing this alone. You have support while changes settle into place.
Additional follow-ups can be arranged if you’d like continued support beyond the initial four months.
