Join me for this 8 week online programme. Every Monday lunchtime. Can’t make it live? Don’t worry it will all be recording and you can catch up in your own time. You’ll also have access to a WhatsApp group, where you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions in a safe community.

You will also have some additional bonus material shared in your Thrive Library, so if you fancy doing some movement, we have you covered. You are also invited to participate in my Live Online Yoga classes from the comfort of your own home, video on or off and absolutely no pressure to perform.
